Photo-Op: Lass Dich mit Deinem Lieblingsstar von unserem Foto-Team in Szene setzen - nur Du und Dein Idol. Euer Foto wird danach im Großformat zum Mitnehmen ausgedruckt.

Selfie: Mach ein Selfie von Dir und Deinem Lieblingsstar.

Autograph: Lass Dir eine unserer Fotovorlagen oder etwas, das Du selbst mitbringst, von Deinem Lieblingsstar signieren.

INFOS ZUM EVENT

• Kinder unter 7 Jahren kostenfrei (Alter am Veranstaltungstag zählt)

• Menschen mit Schwerbehindertenausweis mit Vermerk "B" dürfen eine Begleitperson kostenfrei mitbringen. Dazu muss am Eingang unbedingt der Schwerbehindertenausweis und der Ausweis vorgezeigt werden. Danke für Euer Verständnis.

• Kinder unter 13 Jahren sind generell zusätzlich bei den Photo-Ops erlaubt (es muss jedoch immer mindestens ein Ticket gekauft werden). 

• Taschenkontrolle: wird es geben. Taschen: keine Größenvorgabe. Eine Haftung übernehmen wir nicht. 

• Hobby-Kameras, inklusive Polaroids, sind erlaubt. Bitte stellt bei Panels und Performances die Blitze aus.

WICHTIGE HINWEISE UND RICHTLINIEN

• Alle Tickets sind bei Stattfinden der Veranstaltung vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen; auch Wechsel der Veranstaltungsstätte, Datumsänderung und/oder Veränderungen am Programm räumen kein Recht auf eine Erstattung ein. Es gilt § 312 G Absatz 2 Nr. 9 BGB. Dies gilt ebenfalls für nicht eingelöste Gratisautogramme/selfies, da diese nur Zusatzangebote ohne Einforderungsrecht sind.

• Angekündigte Stargäste haben jederzeit die Möglichkeit, ihren Auftritt abzusagen; dies ist ärgerlich, aber in dem Business unvermeidbar. Sollte der Fall eintreffen, werden Autogramm- und Fototickets selbstverständlich erstattet.

• Für die Besucher*innen gelten am Tag der Veranstaltung die zu dem Zeitpunkt des Events offiziell geltenden Vorgaben, Regeln und ggf. Corona-Maßnahmen. Eine Änderung der eben genannten Maßnahmen ist kein Stornierungsgrund.

Photo-Op: Let our photo team capture you with your favorite star - just you and your idol. Your photo will then be printed in large format for you to take home.

Selfie: Take a selfie of yourself and your favorite star.

Autograph: Have one of our photo templates or something you bring yourself signed by your favorite star.

INFO ABOUT THE EVENT

• Children under the age of 7 are free of charge (age on the day of the event counts)

• People with a severely disabled pass marked ‘B’ may bring an accompanying person free of charge. It is essential that the disabled person's pass and ID card are shown at the entrance. Thank you for your understanding.

• Children under the age of 13 are generally also permitted at the photo ops (however, at least one ticket must always be purchased). 

• Bag check: there will be. Bags: No size specifications. We do not accept any liability.

• Amateur cameras, including Polaroids, are permitted. Please turn off flashes during panels and performances.

IMPORTANT INFO AND GUIDLINES

• All tickets cannot be refunded if the event takes place; changes of venue, date and/or programme do not entitle the customer to a refund. Section 312 G paragraph 2 no. 9 BGB applies. This also applies to unredeemed free autographs/selfies, as these are only additional offers without the right to claim them.

• Announced star guests have the right to cancel their appearance at any time. This may be frustrating, but unavoidable in this business. In case of cancellation autographs and photo tickets will be refunded.

• On the day of the event, visitors are subject to the official guidelines, rules and, if applicable, corona measures in force at the time of the event. A change in the above-mentioned measures is not a reason for cancellation.
