Please note! If you book the room for yourself, there is a single room supplement of €90 per night . Due to the limited number of rooms available, we have to do this. Thank you for your understanding!

Info: Children up to and including 2 years of age are admitted free of charge. Adults 16 and older pay the adult price. Proof of age must be provided on-site.

Ticket Terms and Conditions:
On the day of the event, attendees are subject to the official guidelines, rules, and, if applicable, COVID-19 measures in effect at the time of the event. Changes to the aforementioned measures do not constitute grounds for cancellation.
All tickets are non-refundable if the event takes place. Section 312 G Paragraph 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB) applies. This also applies to unredeemed free autographs/selfies, as these are merely additional offers without a right of recourse.
Announced star guests have the option to cancel their appearance at any time; this is annoying, but unavoidable in this business. Should this happen, autograph and photo tickets will of course be refunded. Admission tickets of any kind are excluded.

Room occupancy can be changed once up to 8 weeks before the event (from single to double room and vice versa).
