Ticket Terms and Conditions:
On the day of the event, attendees are subject to the official guidelines, rules, and, if applicable, COVID-19 measures in effect at the time of the event. Changes to the aforementioned measures do not constitute grounds for cancellation.
All tickets are non-refundable if the event takes place. Section 312 G Paragraph 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB) applies.
The tickets are tied to your name, but can be changed for a small fee if necessary. For our packages, the names provided upon request after purchase are valid.
Announced star guests have the option to cancel their appearance at any time; this is annoying, but unavoidable in this business. Should this happen, autograph and photo tickets will of course be refunded. Admission tickets of any kind are excluded.

Room occupancy can be changed once up to 8 weeks before the event (from single to double room and vice versa).
